<section id="instructions" itemprop="recipeInstructions">1 - Numa tigela tempere 1 kg de peito de frango (sem osso e moído) com sal e pimenta do reino a gosto. Divida o frango moído em 10 partes (100 g cada).<br />
2 - Coloque uma parte sobre um saco plástico aberto e forme (com o frango moído) um retângulo (16 cm X 8 cm). Sobre este retângulo coloque 1 tira de couve manteiga cozida sem o talo (12 cm X 6 cm), espalhe uma porção de arroz cozido misturado com cream cheese e por último coloque tiras de cenoura cozida.<br />
3 - Com a ajuda do saco plástico enrole o retângulo, unindo as pontas, apertando bem para que o recheio não vaze, formando um cilindro. Transfira para a geladeira para firmar por apenas 2 horas. Repita o mesmo procedimento com o restante do frango. Passe o cilindro de frango em 2 ovos misturados com 1/2 xícara (chá) de leite e empane no gergelim branco. Frite em óleo quente (180 graus) até dourar (+/- 4 minutos), corte em rodelas e sirva com molho teriaki.<br />

Molho teriaki de tangerina ou laranja</h4>
Numa panela fora do fogo coloque suco de 2 tangerinas ou 2 laranjas, raspas da casca das tangerinas ou laranjas, 6 colheres (sopa) de açúcar, 1/2 xícara (chá) de saquê e 1 colher (sobremesa) de gengibre ralado. Leve ao fogo médio até que engrosse levemente.<br />
<h4>
Molho teriaki</h4>
Numa panela, fora do fogo, coloque 1/2 xícara (chá) de molho de soja (shoyo), 6 colheres (sopa) de açúcar, 1/2 xícara (chá) de saquê, 1 colher (sobremesa) de gengibre ralado. Leve ao fogo médio, mexendo sempre até engrossar levemente.</section><br /></div>

Adicione 50 g de manteiga sem sal, 250 ml de leite, 1 ovo e 10 g de sal (1/2 colher de sopa) e misture. Acrescente 500 g de farinha de trigo, misture e transfira para uma superfície lisa enfarinhada. Trabalhe a massa nesta superfície até que desgrude das mãos. Cubra a massa com um pano e deixe descansar por +/- 30 minutos.<br />
2 - Com as mãos pegue 20 porções de massa e faça bolinhas.<br />
3 - Unte uma panela funda com 24 cm de diâmetro com manteiga, forre-a com papel alumínio e unte também este papel alumínio com manteiga. Vá colocando as bolinhas de massa no fundo da panela, uma ao lado da outra, começando pelo centro da panela até preencher quase todo o fundo da panela. Não encoste as bolinhas na lateral da panela, deixe uma borda de 2 cm. Tampe bem a panela e deixe as bolinhas descansarem por +/- 30 minutos ou até dobrar de tamanho.<br />
4 - Depois das bolinhas crescidas, despeje 500 ml de leite na panela e leve ao fogo baixo (ainda com a panela tampada) por +/- 25 minutos ou até o leite secar. Retire os pães da panela e sirva a seguir.<br />
